June Student of the Month

June is upon us, and we are so happy to present our new student of the month, Scout! Scout attends Lone Oak Middle School. She has been playing cello since December and takes lessons from Brittney Washam here at Symphony Supply.

Scout was intrigued with cello after watching the movie, "If I Stay," where she heard a cello being played and instantly wanted to learn for herself. She was also interested in classical music after her 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Patty Farmer played it in the classroom. Her favorite thing about the cello is the dramatic feeling they give to movie scores from their low tones.

Her other interests include biology and reading, especially anything Harry Potter! Congratulations again, Scout!
